Kids Yoga

The benefits of yoga for kids include increased confidence, better stress and anxiety management skills, and help with concentration.

Our 2019 Kids Yoga Camp is Monday June 17th - Thursday 20th from 130 - 230p. We’ll play yoga games, partner poses, and practice mindfulness through crafts & breathing exercises.

Weekly Kids (+ Adults) Classes:

Yoga Story Time: Thursdays at 10:45a. For caregivers and kids under 5.

Family Yoga: Saturdays at 10a. For families with kids 10(ish) & under. On Break for the Summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

We also regularly offer classes kids only, without a participating adult. See below for currently scheduled classes!
